The Ultimate package: Planning and decorating

As your Indianapolis Wedding planner and decorator, I will:

  • Help select vendors for your wedding. (Besides personal experiences with vendors, I belong to several wedding networks that allow me to help you select the best in the business for your Wedding.)
  • Provide a Checklist of monthly, weekly, and daily wedding task to complete as you get closer to your wedding day.
  • Include full access and use of my entire wedding décor inventory for your ceremony and reception. (An inventory portfolio is provided at initial consultation for viewing. (Use of items is free of charge and included in package price.)
  • Include the labor required to set up and take down all décor items included in my décor inventory.
  • Check in and confirm vendors several months & weeks in advance, and on Day of Wedding.
  • Design and provide a Master time line for the Wedding Day. This is essential for organization, especially for the day of the wedding. Once approved by the bride, the schedule will be shared with vendors. I will provide copies to any family and bridal party members in advance. This keeps everyone calm, organized, and prevents question overload on the bride.
  • Attend (2) meetings at your ceremony site and (2) meetings at your reception site (I must be present at final meeting of reception site)
  • Meet to discuss and see your ceremony and reception decorations based upon your requests (Usually done after 1st visit to both sites and sometimes takes a few visits)
  • Work with Bride and venue to create a detailed time line for the ceremony (completed prior to program production)
  • Work with Bride and venue to create a detailed time line for the reception(completed prior to program production)
  • Supervise Set up with vendors and confirm time of their arrival a few weeks and days prior to wedding and on the Wedding Day
  • Deliver your Unity Candle, programs, and all other decorator items for the ceremony and reception to sites at appropriate times.
  • Coordinate rehearsal
  • The week before the wedding, I will review with you, along with any other family members, the entire wedding day’s schedule. This can be done in person or by phone upon bride’s request.
  • Decorate ceremony site (price could increase if decorations are elaborate)
  • Provide a bridal survival kit for the ceremony preparations and a courtesy basket in restroom for reception
  • Provide water and light snacks for bride and groom suites
  • Assist Groom and Groomsmen with their tuxes if needed
  • Assist Bride, MOB, MOG, and bridesmaids with needs in the bridal suite
  • Pin and place flowers on Bridal party and family members
  • Line up and send down your wedding party for ceremony
  • Clean up Bridal Room and Grooms Room (can transport personal items to reception location if needed)
  • Remove decorations and clean up ceremony, pack and deliver any items to reception
  • Supervise send off at ceremony site
  • Bustle brides grown prior to leaving church or ceremony site, but after photos
  • Transport decoration items from church or ceremony site to reception site or to my house and hold for 2 days.

( a person must be appointed to pick up items within a 2 day period unless other arrangements have been made prior to wedding day)

  • Decorate reception space(price could increase if decorations are elaborate)
  • Set up table centerpieces at reception, decorate/set up escort table, guest table and gift table
  • Meet and direct cake vendor if needed (also add decorations to cake table)
  • Greet guests and assist them to their tables at the reception
  • Follow up with your DJ, Announcements and Introductions
  • Line up your wedding party for the Introductions (DJ may choose to lead this. In that case, I provide assistance as needed)
  • Remain at the Reception and pack all items in the Bridal Box (provided by the Wedding Lady) throughout the night. Items such as the Cake Topper, Toasting glasses, Server set, special photos, bridal veil, unity candle, memorial candle and special care for Brides flowers are tended to and packed carefully.
  • Provide a small bridal box containing your gift cards and cake for you and your Groom to enjoy later at your wedding night destination.
  • Deliver gifts and gift card box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member’s car that will deliver them to your home or parent’s home.)
  • Clean up and transport any items other than gifts from reception to family cars or to my house.
  • Unlimited hours of Service Day of the Wedding.
  • Always be available via e-mail or phone for questions, concerns and a listening ear….
  • Minimum of 4 staff members for the day of wedding

Base Price: $2,575.00

This price is flexible due to the needs of the bride.

This price includes the use of all decorator items I have in my inventory with the exception of the photo booth. (20% discount given on photo booth with this package)

An inventory portfolio is available for viewing.

Public Venues with very tight schedules will require some additional fees if additional staff is needed to meet time constraints.

Terms of Payment:

I require a non refundable deposit of $250.00 to hold your date following consultation. Within the halfway mark between the hire date and the wedding date and final décor decisions have been added to the contract, another 50% deposit of total balance is due. Dates can vary due to brides schedule and decision making skills as far as finalizing décor.

I require the remaining balance 21 days prior to the wedding date. After the 21 day- out deadline, there is no refund.

If for any reason the wedding does not take place, or my services are no longer required, and we have not reached the 21 day deadline, the $250.00 deposit is non- refundable and the first 50% deposit will be pro-rated in correlation to time lapsed from initial consultation/start date to date of termination of services.

Day of ceremony & Reception coordination:

As your Indianapolis Wedding planner  and decorator, I will:

  • Confirm with ceremony & reception vendors twice: one week out and day before the wedding
  • Supervise Set up with vendors the day of wedding
  • Attend final ceremony & reception venue meetings with the Bride and Groom
  • Deliver and Place your Unity Candle and any other ceremony items such as programs, guest book, and ceremony flowers (decorating other than described is an additional fee)
  • Coordinate rehearsal (not included in many day of packages)
  • Provide a bridal survival kit for Bridal Suites and a courtesy basket in restroom for guest
  • Provide water and light snacks for bride and groom suites
  • Assist Bride, MOB, MOG, and bridesmaids with needs in the bridal suite
  • Assist Groom and Groomsmen when needed in bridal suite
  • Pin and place flowers on Bridal party and family members
  • Line up and send down your wedding party for ceremony
  • Clean up Bridal Room and Grooms Room
  • Remove decorations and clean up ceremony space , and store until next day
  • Pack any items needed for reception and transfer to appropriate spaces
  • Supervise send off at ceremony site
  • Bustle brides grown when needed
  • Transport personable items of the Bridal party to reception location if needed
  • Deliver and Place reception decorations such as guest book, escort cards, and favors for the reception to the reception site (decorating other than described could involve an additional fee)
  • Provide a bridal survival kit for Bride and Groom for the reception and a courtesy basket in restroom for guest
  • Follow up with your DJ, Announcements and Introductions
  • Line up your wedding party for the Introductions
  • Greet guests and assist them to their tables
  • Move gifts & gift cards from gift table to safe location
  • Supervise cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, and send off of Bride and Groom
  • Provide a small bridal box containing your gift cards and cake for you and your Groom to enjoy later at your wedding night destination.
  • Remain at the Reception to pack all items throughout the night such as the Cake Topper, Toasting glasses, Brides flowers, gifts, gift card box, and any other personal items requested by the Bride and Groom.
  • Clean up and transport decor items from reception to my house and have picked up by a family member or friend the next day unless other arrangements are agreed upon before reception

Base Price: $1075.00

Terms of Payment:

This is for approximately 10 hours. (More than 10 hours will be negotiated with customer for final price.)

Note: I require a non refundable deposit of $250.00 to hold your date following consultation.

A signed contract will follow with detailed descriptions of services that will include any additional decorating fees.

Full day coordination services require the remaining balance to be paid in full 21 days prior to the day of the wedding.

This does not include extensive decorating at ceremony site or making decorations.

Pricing for decorating depends on decoration services needed. I am very reasonable especially since my day is already reserved for ceremony coordination. After a free decoration consultation, I will quote a price always staying conscious of your budget. I specialize in real or silk arrangements, Bridal party flowers, pew and ceremony decorations, personalized reserved seating boards, programs, signs, gift card boxes, personalized guest books and many other décor items. Please feel free to ask about ceremony decorations I have in my personal inventory that are very elegant and beat anyone’s rental prices!!

    As your Indianapolis Wedding planner  and decorator, I will:

    • Complete all task listed for the “Day of” Coordination for the ceremony and reception
    • Design and Provide a master timeline
    • Include all my Décor Inventory for ceremony and/or reception (A preview of inventory portfolio presented during first consultation)
    • This package includes set up and take down of my décor

    Base Price: $2,025.00

    This price includes the use of any decorator items I have in my inventory, with the exception of the photo booth. (Photo Booth is a separate service provided with a discount to package customers) Inquire interest @ consultation.

    I am happy to combine your décor with my décor which we would develop in a décor consultation.

    This price does not include providing full service food or drinks for bridal party suites, planning of seating chart, hand crafting of specialized centerpieces or personalized décor for ceremony or reception. I would be happy to make any or all specialized decorations, but would need to see the details of each item to price the cost of material and labor.

    I am able to save you money by buying flowers at wholesale. Inquire about flower interest at consultation and I will share more information.
